Many hydroelectric dams contain strict placement temperature specifications and they sometimes require quite high concrete production rates. We design economical and reliable systems for any production rate and any temperature specification.

For example, the Saluda Dam in Columbia, South Carolina set a new worldwide daily production record and had both 65°F (18.3°C) and 60°F (15.6°C) placement requirements. We met these requirements using only sand cooling and flooded wet belts - at considerable savings over a typical ice plant
